Role: Project Manager (On Contract - 6 Months)

Techlarity Solutions is driving a large Architecture & Program Management Office for one of our very high-profile clients. We are looking for an expert Project Manager for a full-time Project Management role in Bangalore. The PM shall be a part of the PMO and shall provide oversight and day-to-day management of the project being implemented in SAP Hybris, SAP Hana and AWS.

Expected Competencies:

· Expert level hands-on experience in project management at least 8-10 years

· Expert in driving large mission critical project involving multiple teams and diverse stakeholders

· Ability to work with CXO leaders in driving organization change

· Ability to work independently, take ownership, be outcome driving and be result oriented

· Hands-on experience in implementing large projects - Should be able to understand, functional, non-functional and technical requirements

· Ability to research best practices and disseminate information

Responsibilities

• Builds internal and external relationships with teams, domain experts and other stakeholders to manage expectations & and agree on clear goals, objectives, and timeline
• Builds and track project milestones, & dependencies
• Identifies risks and act on them to ensure the team and project are not derailed
• Provides frequent meaningful updates to stakeholders and management
• Drives to make the process more effective and transparent
• Develops strategies for future infrastructure build out and replacement

Qualifications

• Bachelors (Engineering) / MBA (Tier - I) Institutions in India/ Abroad
• 8 years' experience with enterprise level project/program management.
• Proficiency with Project Management Tools
• Working understanding of requirement documentation, cloud, network, databases, SAP components, configuration management
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, written and presentation skills.
• Experience with detailed project planning, reporting, and measurement.
• Experience working in a highly technical, metrics driven, environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
• Ability to travel domestically

Role: Data Architecture (Full-Time)

Location: Bangalore

Job Description

Techlarity Solutions is looking for Data Specialist for a full-time Data Audit & Architecture role in Bangalore. This is primarily and Architecture role with Audit as a sub-component

Expected Competencies:

· Expert is performing Data Audit across large, distributed, mission-critical complex system

· Ability to understand and link data across multiple platforms

· Expert is Data Quality, MDM, EDM, ETL, DW and Analytics

· Expert level hands-on experience in data architecture at least 8-10 years

· Expert in driving large mission critical project involving multiple teams and diverse stakeholders

· Ability to work with CXO leaders

· Ability to work independently, take ownership, be outcome driving and be result oriented

· Hands-on experience must in data management

· Ability to research best practices and disseminate information

Responsibilities

• Builds internal and external relationships with teams, domain experts and other stakeholders to manage expectations & and agree on clear goals, objectives, and timeline
• Understand role of IT and Data in mission critical operational systems and ability to go deep in system understanding
• Can audit, identify, present data risks and design mitigation strategies and solutions

• Ability to play an evangelizing role in Data Management and Data Architecture
• Develops strategies for future data sources, transformations

Qualifications

• Bachelors (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science)
• 8 years' experience with enterprise level data management.
• Proficiency with Data Management Tools
• Proficiency in MDM, ETL, Pentaho or other tools (focus is on process and not specific tools)
• Working understanding of requirement documentation, cloud, network, databases, components
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, written and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a highly technical, metrics driven, environment.
